Are you ready for the tips? Come on! You see how the little card first shows the English word, the meaning, and the picture in Portuguese. So the first tip is this, listen to the English word, for the video and try to think, what is this word? Or better yet, try to think of the picture instead of the word, it's better when you learn English with English or English with pictures than translating. Many people have this problem when they are going to speak English, they have to think about Portuguese first and then speak English and that delays a lot. So listen to the English word and then try to think of the figure or the meaning, okay? Tip number 2, you will listen to this video over and over again, not only when you are in front of your computer, but you can also listen when you are washing the car, cleaning the floor of the house, playing a little game on your phone, looking at your Facebook, what you want is to hear it over and over, because you want your ear to become familiar with English, ok? Tip number 3 is to take a notebook and a piece of paper and write sentences in English with the verbs you are learning. So you learned the verb cook, you say John is cooking rice. You learned the verb Run, which is the verb to run, you can say that, I run every day, I run every day.

OK! You've done all the tasks, you have the little phrases in your notebook and now you ask: Teacher, what do I do, I don't know if these phrases are right or wrong? First, you can ask a friend of yours who can speak English and can google it. But you can also check with an American to make sure it's good or bad. You can use this little application here Cambly, it costs I don't know 5 dollars an hour to talk to an American, he can help you correct it and even give you other examples, this will help you a lot to expand your vocabulary but also when you speak with an American you're losing some of the inhibition we have when we start speaking English.

My tip number 4 is for people who already know English, right? No longer the beginner. And if you are one of them you are in the wrong place. I'll put a little card here for you the videos that are only in English, you can learn English vocabulary, right? Because if you listen to a lot of Portuguese together with English, it will harm you, it won't help you. One thing that makes me angry is these teachers who are teaching English, but they only speak Portuguese the whole video, what is this? What are you teaching, Portuguese or English? This doesn't help you, so if you're no longer a beginner, click on videos that are only in English, follow teachers who speak only English.

This will help you a lot, okay? I'm going to put the video here on the card for you, this same video here, but with the words only in English and with sentences in English to help you understand the context of the word, okay? But for the love of anything, stop watching videos in Portuguese and you won't learn any English from this, okay? Or if you learn, you'll learn just a little bit. I hope you enjoyed this video, please subscribe and I'll do more for you. If you liked it also give a thumbs up and that's it, we will continue here with you bringing more videos to help you increase your vocabulary, and if God wants to one day speak English very well like the natives,
